Data Storage & Location

Any private consumer information managed by The Process Server Center™ (PSC) is securely stored exclusively at PSC data centers located within the United States. We maintain rigorous standards to ensure that all information not already purged from our systems remains protected behind enterprise-grade security protocols.

Information Sharing

Consumer information obtained by PSC is never shared with third parties unless specifically authorized by the consumer.

Information Sales

PSC maintains a strict "No-Sale" policy. Consumer data is never sold to any third-party entity or data broker.

Federal Compliance & Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)

PSC is committed to maintaining reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy regarding consumer reports, while protecting information for legitimate business purposes as governed by State Laws and the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act.

• PSC will not furnish a consumer report to any person or entity without reasonable grounds for believing the report will be used for a purpose listed in Section 604 of the FCRA.
• Domestic Disclosure: PSC does not transmit consumer personal information outside of the United States or its territories.

Security & Communication Sanitization

To maintain the highest level of security, PSC does not accept sensitive identifiers via email. This includes copies of state-issued identification, social security numbers, birth certificates, or other personal documents.

Sanitization Notice: All communications are sanitized to ensure that consumer private information remains secure and protected from unauthorized access during transmission.
